LEGO is an amazing and fun way to learn core STEM physical science concepts like kinetic & potential energy, opposing forces, Newtonian motion, wind power, gears and mechanical energy.
In every session of this fun camp we immerse ourselves in mechanical LEGO madness!! As we build toys, whirligigs, whatchamacallits, gizmos and gadgets, we’ll learn some great building techniques and mechanical engineering concepts.
LEGO is one of our absolute favorite building systems and the perfect way to explore core STEM concepts while having a great time!
Do students take LEGO creations home with them?
Unfortunately, students don't get to take LEGO creations home with them. Our LEGO are an integral part of our curriculum and we need them to use with other programs, so bring a camera to capture these one-of-a-kind builds!
