We’ve taken two of our favorite camps and squished them together into one fun filled three hour adventure. For the first half of our session, campers learn to “think like a machine” by exploring the basics of coding in a variety of fun and engaging ways. For the second half of our session, campers are introduced 3D printing in an easy, fun and non-technical format.
This is the perfect age to learn about how coding works to control the world we live in. Coding, and the logical thinking it encourages, opens young minds up to a lifetime of exciting opportunities; from video game design to robotics to app design.
In 3D design and printing, we use an intuitive design platform that allows campers to bring their imagination to life — without the frustration! This is really a creative design experience where the students focus on making their own 3D printed creations using a computer and we handle all the technical aspects of running the machines and printing their creations.
Familiarity with computers is essential for success in this program.
